Twichenham is a large town 16km (10 miles) south-west of mid London. It is also the managerial headquarters of the London borough. Since 1965, it is a part of greater London. Stadiums, gardens and York house form one of the top attractions in Twickenham. Now, the stadium is eminent world wide as a Mecca for rugby fans. The town is set to host 2015 rugby world cup. The suburban occupies a big bend in the canal Thames opposite the ham, Richmond, and old deer park with waterside walks from strawberry hill to Richmond Bridge.
